Built for repeat players

duel VIP

Five tiers. Sticky status. Real returns. The duel VIP program is built around weekly cashback, dedicated host access, and faster custom limits — not around dangling bigger bonuses you can't withdraw.

Sticky tier

What sticky status actually means

Most casinos demote you the moment you stop wagering. Duel doesn't. Once you reach a tier, you keep it — forever. We'd rather have you back in three months at full perks than chase you with retention bonuses next week.

How loyalty actually pays

A VIP programme without the demotion clock

Most casino VIP ladders are designed to look generous and behave the opposite. You climb to Gold over six months of high-volume play, then a slow week drops you back to Silver and the better cashback rate disappears with it. Duel built the programme to do the opposite — tiers are sticky for life, the cashback math is published, and the perks are written in plain language.

How tier progression works

Tier progress is calculated on lifetime wagering, not deposit amount. Every dollar wagered on slots and live tables counts at 1× toward your tier; originals count at 0.5× because their margin is smaller. There are no hidden multipliers and no time-decay — wagering from 12 months ago weighs the same as wagering from this morning. Once a threshold is hit, the new tier unlocks within minutes and the cashback rate updates immediately.

The cashback math, by tier

Bronze pays back 5% of net weekly loss; Silver 8%; Gold 12%; Platinum 16%; Diamond 20%. The percentage applies to net negative weekly result across all wager types — there is no separate slot/live/originals bucket. If a Diamond player ends the week down $5,000, $1,000 lands in their wallet by Monday morning. If they end up — no cashback that week, no clawback the following week.

What the dedicated host actually does

From Gold tier upward, every player is paired with a named host on Telegram. The host handles custom payout windows, raised daily limits, manual review escalations, birthday drops, and one-off bonuses tied to the player's actual play pattern (not a generic monthly newsletter). At Diamond, the host has a direct line to the founding team for any policy exception that needs a yes or no within the hour.

Why sticky tiers are a responsible-gaming feature

Demotion is a retention pressure tactic — players churn back to wager just to hold a tier. Sticky tiers remove that pressure. You can take a six-month break for any reason — life, finances, just because — and your Diamond cashback rate is still waiting when you come back. The same account settings panel that handles cashback also handles deposit/loss limits, session alerts, cooling-off and self-exclusion. None of those settings affect tier status.
